Privacy Policy

• When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, district and, if you choose, your email and a note.
• When you use the site: which pages you view and which ad brought you here (through cookies and advertising pixels).
• Your cart stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you place an order.

• To confirm and deliver your order and keep you updated.
• To handle exchanges, returns and complaints.
• To improve the site and our ads (when Meta and Google measurement tools are switched on).

We share your name, phone number and address with the courier company only to deliver your order. Once online payment is available, the payment gateway collects payment details directly; we never see your card or PIN. We never sell your information to anyone.

Your information is stored on secure servers and can be viewed only by authorised administrators.

To see, correct or delete your information, please contact us. We will delete everything except what the law requires us to keep (such as order records for accounting).
