Returns & Exchange Policy

If there is a problem with the size or quality of your order, we will put it right. Please read the rules below.

Size exchange within 7 days

You can exchange an item for another size or colour within 7 days of receiving it (subject to stock).
Items must be unused, unwashed and have their tags attached.
The customer pays the delivery charge for an exchange (inside Dhaka ৳60, outside Dhaka ৳120).

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is torn, stained, badly stitched or not what you ordered, let us know with photos within 2 days of delivery. We will replace it or give you a full refund, including the delivery charge.

Check your order at delivery

With cash on delivery, you can check your items in front of the delivery person. If there is a problem, return them right there and pay only the delivery charge.

When we can’t exchange or refund

Items that have been worn, washed or had their tags removed.
Returning a single item from a combo offer (you can return the whole combo or exchange items).

Refunds

Refunds are sent by bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 7 working days.
