Terms & Conditions

• After you place an order, we call you to confirm it. If we can’t reach you or the details are wrong, the order may be cancelled.
• If an item goes out of stock, we will let you know and cancel or change the order.

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). The price shown when you order is the price you pay. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

• Delivery charge: inside Dhaka ৳60, outside Dhaka ৳120.
• Delivery usually takes 1–2 days in Dhaka and 2–4 days elsewhere. Courier delays can happen.

We currently offer cash on delivery: pay the delivery person when you receive your order. We will announce it here when online payment becomes available.

You can cancel an order by phone or WhatsApp before it is shipped. After shipping, our returns & exchange policy applies.

Each coupon and combo offer has its own conditions and validity period. Only one coupon can be used per order. Offers may change or end at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
